Questions about HOPS24

This explains what the platform handles, what both sides arrange directly and how providers can list their first unit.

If you want to hire equipment

How do I find suitable equipment?

Search by location, postcode and date. Check the size, delivery area, price and details about delivery, setup and accessories.

Is a listed unit automatically available?

No. The provider confirms availability and delivery for your date. An enquiry is not a booking confirmation.

Who is my contract with?

Your contract is directly with the provider. HOPS24 supplies the listing, enquiry and conversation, but is not a party to the contract.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Give the date, venue, service needed and any site restrictions. Ask whether delivery, setup, supervision or collection is included in the price.

How do payment and deposits work?

You agree the payment method, due date and any deposit directly with the provider. HOPS24 does not collect customer funds.

What should I do if there is a problem?

Tell the provider directly and keep a clear record of the issue. You settle repair, replacement, cancellation or refund with your contracting partner.

If you hire out or sell equipment

HOPS24 is still building its provider network. You can publish listings and receive direct enquiries, but views, enquiries and bookings are not guaranteed.

What can I list on HOPS24?

Bouncy castles, inflatable attractions and other event equipment can be listed for hire or sale when the details, images and intended use are lawful.

What do I need for my first listing?

A title, your own photos, location, price per event and a short description are enough to start. You can add operating and equipment details afterwards.

What happens when a customer enquires?

You receive the information from that specific enquiry and reply to the customer directly. You cannot view other providers’ orders or customer data.

Which evidence might I need?

That depends on your business, equipment and use. Keep the relevant business, insurance, manufacturer, maintenance and inspection records up to date.

How do I receive payment?

The customer pays you using the method you agree together. HOPS24 does not collect the amount and therefore does not pay it out to you.

What does it cost providers?

The provider features and listing allowances currently enabled are free. Extra packages only become paid after clear pricing and your explicit order.

Is your unit ready to hire?

Create the first listing with a title, your own photos, location, event price and short description. Add the remaining details afterwards.
