Customer inquiries arrive in your inbox with a status. Add orders from phone, text message or Instagram in seconds – one click turns an inquiry into a calendar date.
Maintain delivery areas and availability
Delivery area by map or ZIP code, block single days or whole periods in a few clicks, your existing calendar via iCal import and export. With the website widget or our WordPress plugin, your offers and free days appear right on your own website.

Frequently asked questions from providers
What happens when an inquiry comes through HOPS24?
The customer sends you a free inquiry with a requested date via your listing. You reply directly and agree contract and payment with them – HOPS24 is not a contracting party and takes no money.
What do I need to work with the platform?
A public listing needs correct business and contact details, clear prices, your own photos and accurate information about the item. Keep your certificate of insurance and any inspections or permits your state requires for your business and equipment up to date.
How do I receive payment?
Your customer pays you directly using the method you agree. HOPS24 does not collect the rental price and therefore does not issue a payout to you.
What does the platform cost?
Nothing. HOPS24 is free for providers – no base fee and no commission on your orders. You only pay for what you order yourself – such as an API plan like Business for website widgets without the HOPS24 note.
How are problems on the event day handled?
Tell your customer about disruptions, delays or safety issues immediately and document them. As contracting parties, you agree remediation, substitute service or refunds directly.
Do I get documents for my accountant?
You can export your orders as CSV, XML or PDF. Your own invoices and tax treatment remain your responsibility.
Can I also add orders that did not come via HOPS24?
Yes. Under “Orders” you add orders agreed by phone, Instagram, text message or in person. Inquiries via HOPS24 are taken over under “Inquiries” with “Add as order”. The date is then immediately blocked in your calendar and in search.
Can I join as a clown, magician or party entertainer?
Yes. Choose the category “Party entertainers” when creating your listing. Instead of a rental price and deposit you enter a price per booking or per hour and the duration; you set your service area just like a delivery area, on the map or by ZIP code. Inquiries arrive directly in your inbox, as with every listing.
